Messaging use cases include weekly glute training tips, exercise technique guidance, nutrition breakdowns, recovery advice, alerts about new educational articles, and community announcements.

You may opt in to our SMS program by submitting your mobile telephone number and actively checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our website forms (such as on our homepage or contact page at cheekyglutes.com), or by texting the keyword GLUTES to +1 (678) 293-4907. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any product, service, or program from Cheeky Glutes Nutrition LLC.

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint, are not responsible or liable for any delays in the delivery of any SMS/MMS messages, failed transmissions, or technical issues on their networks. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Age Restriction (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in this SMS program. By opting in and providing your mobile phone number, you represent, warrant, and affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and that you are the primary subscriber or authorized user of the phone number entered.
9. Privacy Policy & No Lead Sharing
