Program Description & Use Cases: Cheeky Glutes Nutrition LLC ("we", "us") offers an SMS text messaging program to provide participants with recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing and informational text messages. Use cases include training tips, glute workout guidance, nutrition breakdowns, recovery advice, educational article alerts, and community updates.

Opt-In & Consent: You may opt in to our SMS program by submitting your mobile phone number through our website opt-in forms (at cheekyglutes.com, our homepage, or contact page) and actively checking the unchecked consent box, or by texting the keyword GLUTES to +1 (678) 293-4907. Consent to receive automated marketing text messages is strictly voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on engagement. You can expect to receive up to 4 messages per month.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with our SMS program, as specified in your mobile carrier rate plan. Please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing and details.

Instructions to Opt-Out ('Text STOP'): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text or reply STOP to +1 (678) 293-4907 or directly reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text GLUTES to +1 (678) 293-4907 and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Neither Cheeky Glutes Nutrition LLC nor any mobile carrier (including, but not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other wireless carriers) shall be responsible or liable for any delays in the transmission or receipt of any SMS messages, failed deliveries, or technical malfunctions of any network. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restriction (18+): You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to participate in our SMS program. By opting into our SMS messaging program, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and are the authorized account holder or subscriber of the mobile phone number provided.

Privacy Policy & Lead Sharing Disclosure: We respect your privacy. We will never sell, rent, trade, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, personal information, or SMS opt-in consent data to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We strictly do not use purchased, rented, or third-party lead lists.
